That's exactly the question we asked ourselves back then. What always works? Fruit! But only fruit? Too boring. There needs to be more going on. Fruit on its own is nice, but combined with herbs, it becomes really exciting.

From daily creation to obsession

So we experimented. Fruit meets herbs – as a daily aperitif , freshly prepared, perfectly balanced: fruity, tart, complex. The reaction? Pure enthusiasm! Guests loved the combinations, the balance of sweetness, acidity, and herbal notes – a true upgrade to the standard aperitif.

But here came the big but: Fresh ingredients require effort. Preparing new fruits every day, chopping, pressing, and mixing herbs – it was not only tedious, but also not always reproducible. Sometimes the mint was more intense, sometimes the lemon less tangy. And then we thought: There must be an easier way!

What if we pre-processed the fruit, perfectly distilled the flavors, and preserved the whole thing so that it always tastes consistently good? That's where the idea came from: fruit reductions.

Hour after hour, recipe after recipe, until we had exactly the product we envisioned. That was the launch of SESES DRINKS.
